Online Counselling
Sometimes we are
crying out for help and need to chat with someone who will not judge us, who will listen, understand and
assist us in working through our emotions and feelings, this is when Parent Counselling can be
beneficial.
· Are you crying out
for help?
· At your wits
end?
· Finding parenting
stressful?
· Having pre or
post-natal concerns or anxieties?
· Needing someone to
listen to you?
If you answered yes to any of the above,
Parent Counselling is available to you.
· Parent Counselling can be used in conjunction
with Parent Help or on its own. The difference is Parent Counselling is a place for you to talk about how
you are feeling and coping. Whereas Parent Help assists in finding solutions by applying strategies to solve
current parenting concerns.

Time is precious, particularly when you are a
parent, so Email counselling is a great way for parents to be able to seek counselling assistance within the
comforts and privacy of your own home and without issues of having to find child care and spend time away from the
home driving to and from appointments, accessibility if you reside in a remote area and is more cost
effective. Emails can be read and replied to in times that suit you, e.g. when children are sleeping. Many
people find it easier to type thoughts and feelings when they have more time and feel more comfortable, as opposed
to attending a face-to-face session.
