As our service is online, we have been able to keep our fees to a minimum, offering you expert advice for a small price. Your consultant has over 11 years hands on experience and years of study in Social Science, Counselling and Early Childhood and is also a mum.  Our goal is to keep our fees to a minimum so that we are affordable for most family's. Ultimately our aim is to assist as many parents as possible in achieving their parenting goals as Happy Parents + Happy Children = More Happy Families In Australia = Our Overall Business Goal!

How is Beta Kidz Consultancy different from other services?

Beta Kidz Consultancy offers you support that is accessible, practical, convenient and highly useful in a non-judgemental, empathetic and positive manner.  We recognise that each family is unique, so unlike other services that have one strategy to combat each concern, our Parent Help is tailored to meet your individual family needs.  We also offer our fees upfront, so there are no hidden fees and you do not have to make a specific enquiries about what our service includes and associated costs.

Plus, we listen to you! We look at your concerns holistically by examining the whole picture, we do not believe any one 'script' fits all children - we do not guess or assume, we listen to you, identify concerns, recommend practical strategies, provide follow-up support and alternative strategies if required.

How can Beta Kidz Consultancy assist my family when you do not actually meet my child/children?

Initially Beta Kidz was an in-home service coving the Sydney metropolitan area, however as the business grew and Beta Kidz Consultancy's successes become known, we received enquires from parents around Australia wanting assistance. At first we were hesitant to provide an online service questioning how effective this could be, so we conducted a trial.  This trial proved highly successful assisting a great number of parents and families whilst still achieving the same effective results, so Beta Kidz Consultancy Online was launched.

Rather than spending hours and/or days observing your child/children we recognise that you are the expert in knowing your child and instead ask you questions that elicit the necessary information we require to be able to assist you. Through years of experience and study we know which questions we need to ask you to identify what your needs are and how we can best assist you with your concerns and parenting goals.

Is this service only available to parents?

No, anyone can consult with us, parents, teachers, grandparents, nannies, other caregivers.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Currently Beta Kidz Consultancy boasts a 99% success rate, however every family is different and outcomes differ depending upon individual children, parents, family beliefs, consistency and commitment. Everybody responds differently to suggestions and how they utilise strategies, therefore Beta Kidz cannot offer any guarantees.

Do you offer refunds?

Beta Kidz Consultancy offers a comprehensive informative website and has kept fees to a minimum.  Before paying you will be required to consent to terms and conditions so we can be assured that you are aware of what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.  Therefore no refunds are available.
