YOUR CHOICES:

Online Face-to-Face Parent Help refers to communication where parents can communicate with us using a webcam. Therefore we will be able to see and hear each other. This is very close to face-to-face assistance, however enables parents, wherever they may be to seek parenting assistance.

This method is suitable if you have a webcam and broadband or high speed internet, are keen to see your Early Childhood Consultant, find it easier to express your concerns verbally and have access to a computer where you are able to talk freely.

Voice Parent Help refers to communication where assistance is delivered by talking over the internet.  Conversation is similar to a telephone call, however takes place using a headset or microphone. As long as you have a headset or microphone and preferably broadband or high speed internet you can utilise this mode of communication.

This method is suitable if you would like to have a verbal conversation with your Early Childhood Consultant, you are not concerned about not seeing your Consultant (face-to-face), if you find it easier to express your converns verbally and have access to a computer where you are able to talk freely.

HOW IT WORKS: 

Beta Kidz Consultancy utilises an internet based service called Skype that provides free voice and video telephone calls directly to your computer. Skype aims to protect your privacy by using security features like encryption and authentication.  It is free from adware and spyware and very easy to use. You will need either a headset, speaker or web cam (depending upon how you would like to communicate with us).
