How?
You will need to decide which contact method best suits your needs. After paying for
your selected Parent Help service you will receive via email an Initial Consultation Form to complete to so that
your session whether it be via email, phone or webcam is based on working on solutions, rather than information
gathering.
Email
- Your concern/s
will be responded to in a lengthy email addressing all of your concerns mentioned in your Initial
Consultation Form. This reply may include strategies,
techniques, action plans, information and examples, etc.
Phone
- At a mutually agreed
time, Beta Kidz will contact you on a landline number (or you can call us if from a mobile) and your concerns
mentioned in your Initial Consultation Form will be addressed including strategies, techniques, action plans,
information and examples. Some information on certain techniques may need to be emailed to
you.
Face-to-face
(webcam) - At a mutually agreed time, Beta Kidz will
enter a skype session with you and your concerns mentioned in your Initial Consultation Form will be
addressed including strategies, techniques, action plans, information and examples. Some information on
certain techniques may need to be emailed to you.
