Parenting can be Rewarding, Fun and Fulfilling yet does not come with a manual.  It can be frustrating and at times you can feel at breaking point. Beta Kidz Consultancy aims to:

HOW WE DO IT:

We provide an Online service where you tell us what is not going right in your household and what your ultimate goals are. We provide you with tailored strategies that have been proven to work to rectify the situation and work with you to reach your parenting goals. We provide follow-up support so that you can ask questions, seek reassurance, seek modifications, clarification or alternative strategies when necessary.

  HOW IT WORKS

Parent Help is text-based and refers to online communication where typed text is used to communicate your concerns and to receive your responses.  As this is online, users can be anywhere. As long as you have an email account, you can use our Parent Help Services.

You select the package option you would like from the table below and proceed with payment.  Upon receipt of payment, a short form will be emailed to you asking for you to answer the brief questions so that we can understand your concerns and provide individually tailored advice back to you promptly, often within 48 hours, maximum 72 hours.  Dependent upon the package option you select, you may receive a short reply (option 1) or a more comprehensive reply (option 2) with strategies and resources for you to use. Both options also offer follow-up support (see package options).

Quality Assurance:

You will receive quality advice, strategies and education in a professional manner.  Currently Beta Kidz Consultancy boasts a 100% success rate, however every family is different and outcomes differ depending upon individual children, parents, family beliefs, consistency and commitment. Everybody responds differently to suggestions and how they utilise strategies, therefore Beta Kidz cannot offer any guarantees.

Confidentiality:

Confidentiality will be maintained in most cases, except for the following circumstances:

If your files are subpoenaed by a court of law;

When it is judged that to not disclose information to other's may result in clear danger to you or your family or to others;

When reporting of information is required by law.
