Text-Based Parenting Help 

WHAT IT IS:

Text-based Parent Help refers to online communication where typed text is used to communicate your concerns and to receive your responses.  As this is online, users can be anywhere. As long as you have an email account, you can utilise this method of communication.

This method is suitable if you are more comfortable communicating via typing rather than speaking, you are familiar with email, competent using a keyboard, do not have access to a headset/microphone or webcam and you are unable to speak freely - free from other's hearing.

HOW IT WORKS:

You select the package option you would like from the table below and proceed with payment.  Upon receipt of payment, a short form will be emailed to you asking for you to answer the brief questions so that we can understand your concerns and provide individually tailored advice back to you promptly, often within 48 hours, maximum 72 hours.  Dependent upon the package option you select, you may receive a short reply (option 1) or a more comprehensive reply with strategies and resources for you to use. Most options also offer follow-up support (see package options).
